Only works through QuickTime

Cant get the videos to play using the interface provided through the developer (the slick interface seen in the add for the software). However, by opening contents of the package and finding the individual mp4 files I was able to view them using QT. Not an elegant solution but Im trying to utilize the investment and need a work around to do that.
